Barter

some kuwaitis have a little bazzar set up outside the main px(post exchange = store) at the camp i'm at right now. i needed a new set of headphones, so i figured i'd try the bazzar. and yeah, i haggled. it was fun. i said i was gonna try somewhere else, so he lowered the price. i countered, he countered, i countered, he countered, and i agreed. it was fun! i got the headphones for half the listed price. it was my first time, but i think i did pretty good.

So many directions I could go with this one.

Vendor: Camels for sale! This one owned by a little old man who only drove it to mosque on Sundays. Just had its knees replaced.
Stewie: Great. Buy one and let's get out of here.
Brian: What do you mean, buy one? All I've got is $50. We're gonna have to distract him. Follow my lead.

Of course, this would be more obvious...

Peter: I'll give you $40 for that coffin.
Store Owner: Sir, this casket is $1,000.
Peter: I'll give you $2,000.
Store Owner: Sir, that's double what it costs.
Peter: $60.
Brian: He doesn't know how to haggle.

Wow really? I thought your whole entry was coffin-quote bait. It's far more fitting.
